Ciprian Spiridon

Ciprian leads the product and technology function at Mumzworld and has taken AI products from prototype to production across large-scale e-commerce. His work includes AI systems supporting more than 1.4 million products, RAG-based assistants, and internal MCP infrastructure. He focuses on selecting commercially valuable use cases, building the architecture and governance required to operate them reliably, and driving adoption across technical and business teams.
